The first workshop on "Social health responsibility and accountability and the position of social components of health in organizations" was held by Dr. Alizadeh and Dr. Allahverdipour under the supervision of the social determinants of health research center on January 17, 2018 in the meeting hall of Tabriz Power Distribution Company. In this workshop, which was organized for the senior managers of the organization, health issues and its dimensions, the position of employees and family health in the organization and the duties of managers and policy makers in relation to the health of employees and their families were discussed in detail and then a team work entitled the effects of the organization on the health of employees and their families was carried out.
